How to Use:
- Print your desired image on A4 size sublimation paper (adjust the shape as needed if the photo is not square).
- Cut the image from the sublimation HTV vinyl, ensuring no revisions are made to the orientation, then weed away any excess material from the vinyl.
- Securely affix the printed sublimation paper to the sublimation vinyl’s shape using heat-resistant tape. If the image is square, no further cutting is required.
- Heat press the assembly at a temperature between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius for 45 seconds, and perform a hot peel. This process transfers the image onto the sublimation vinyl.
- Carefully peel the sublimation vinyl from its carrier and place it on top of the cotton T-shirt, utilizing a Teflon sheet.
- Transfer the image by pressing it at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 seconds and complete the process with a hot peel.
