Sublimation HTV Vinyl – For 100% Cotton or Dark T-shirts

Sublimation Fabric is intended for use with sublimation printers employing sublimation paper and ink. It facilitates the creation of vibrant and vivid colour transfers onto any colour cotton materials for your T-shirt designs. This versatile vinyl is suitable for fashion applications and colorful decorations.

• Transfer picture to vinyl: Optimal temperature range of 180-200 degrees Celsius for 40 seconds
• Transfer to fabric: Ideal temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for a duration of 10 seconds
• Peel: Perform a hot peel
• Pressure: Apply medium pressure
• Application: Suitable for use on cotton, polyester, and blends

How to Use:

1. Print your desired image on A4 size sublimation paper (adjust the shape as needed if the photo is not square).
2. Cut the image from the sublimation HTV vinyl, ensuring no revisions are made to the orientation, then weed away any excess material from the vinyl.
3. Securely affix the printed sublimation paper to the sublimation vinyl’s shape using heat-resistant tape. If the image is square, no further cutting is required.
4. Heat press the assembly at a temperature between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius for 45 seconds, and perform a hot peel. This process transfers the image onto the sublimation vinyl.
5. Carefully peel the sublimation vinyl from its carrier and place it on top of the cotton T-shirt, utilizing a Teflon sheet.
6. Transfer the image by pressing it at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 seconds and complete the process with a hot peel.
