The puff vinyl we have sourced from overseas may contain various patches, resulting in different optimal settings. The final results depend on factors such as temperature, timer, and pressure. Additionally, variations in heat press machines can lead to varying puffing outcomes.

The suggested settings are provided as a starting point, but it’s important to note that you may need to make adjustments to achieve the best results, depending on the specific machine and settings you are using.

We highly recommend that customers cut a small piece and conduct a trial run before proceeding with their project. If the results do not meet your expectations, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance in fine-tuning the settings.

In the event that you encounter persistent difficulties and cannot achieve the desired results even after the test cut, we are willing to process a refund for the remaining product upon its return to us. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the courier cost for the return. Given that this product is relatively expensive, this approach allows us the possibility of reselling it to another customer.

Please note that we cannot provide compensation if you have applied the vinyl to a garment and subsequently damaged your own item. Responsibility for any such damage rests with the customer.
