As Clear Foil Printing Technology is not easy for beginners, please read the instructions carefully.
Once you print on the papers, it means you have agreed to do a test print page before the job.
In normal situations, the printed graphic will go inside the fabric. However, the result may vary for different materials or settings. Especially when you are printing on non-smooth fabric, there is a risk that the paper will not be absorbed into the material properly.
If you find any problems with the test paper or cannot make it work, you can return all the paper, and we will refund you.
However, if you do not process a test for a bulk order and you have any issues after transferring on T-shirt, we will not make up for your mistake, and no refund will be given as there is no quality issue with the paper.
Please note: We only recommend customers purchase a printer+ paper from us. We will advise proper settings, and we provide technical support as well.
Otherwise, if customers use their printer+our transfer paper, they will take the risk of any printing issues, such as paper jams.
