We offer FREE SETUP for your cutter, you need bring your computer to our shop. This service is only available in Auckland.

For Other area, we can install your cutter by Teamviewer program through internet.

Please click Teamviewer to download this program, once you install the program, you will get a user ID and password,

Then you can email us both information and make a time to do the installation.

Please note: The default program for vinyl cutter is Artcut. It is compatible with Windows PC only.

You need to get external CD driver for vinyl cutter program installation if your latest computer doesn’t comes with CD Driver.

The cutting program comes with 2 CDs, one CD is for installation, another CD is for the key,  you need to use the key to active the program with CD driver.

Our 1 year return-to-base mechanical warranty does not cover consumables such as: usb port (interface board)/ blade / pinch roller. If you have damaged these parts accidentally, please purchase from the link below:
