Our PVC garment vinyl is a durable 180-micron, matte-finish heat transfer film. Thicker than PU vinyl, it’s especially ideal for large text, numbers, and bold designs. The surface is shine-free with excellent cutting and weeding properties.

✂️ How to Use:

Mirror your design and cut with a plotter

Weed away excess vinyl

Apply to garment (recommended: 100% cotton)

Press at 150–160°C for 8–10 seconds

Cold peel

If the vinyl remains on the backing, apply high pressure and carefully lift the edge with a knife or needle, then peel slowly

Optional: Place a Teflon sheet and repress for another 10 seconds for extra durability
